Excellent service. I visited on Sunday 9/13 Friendly, customer service oriented staff. No long wait. In and out in 10 minutes.

I always have a great experience at this UPS Store on West Ball Road! The staff works remarkably fast and efficiently, keeping things moving smoothly every time I stop by. Beyond how quick the service is, the team is consistently friendly, professional, and full of smiles. It makes dropping off packages a hassle-free and pleasant visit every single time. Highly recommend this location for all your shipping and postal needs!

I had a very disappointing customer-service experience at this UPS Store. The merchant instructed me to bring the package to the store and explained that a UPS associate could help print the return label if I was unable to print it myself. When I explained this to the cashier, she responded with an unfriendly attitude and told me there would be a printing fee. Although I was willing to pay to avoid making another trip, I then forwarded her the merchant’s email, and she said there would be an additional fee for printing the shipping slip. I explained that all the necessary information was included in the email, but she dismissed my explanation and said it did not matter. I ultimately paid all the fees because I simply wanted to complete the return. However, the cashier was unwilling to listen, assist, or work with me to find a solution. This was one of the worst customer-service experiences I have had at a UPS Store. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location and would advise others to use a different carrier or store where employees are courteous and willing to help their customers.

Autumn was really nice and helped me print and make copies. She was very friendly, and I’ll be coming back for future prints.
