  This fed ex is terrible. I showed up to pick up my package and the worker there gave me ONE package. I asked if it was complete and she said yes. I came home and it was not complete. I went back a few days later and wanted to pick up my second package. They did not release it to me because of insufficient ID. I told them this was their issue. They should have released the package the first time around. Terrible.

  When my printer abruptly died right before I needed to submit several urgent forms, FedEx’s Print & Go service completely saved the day. It is insanely convenient, fast, and stress-free. ​How the Process Works: ​Step 1: Email your documents to printandgo@fedex.com. Within just a couple of minutes, FedEx emails you back a unique retrieval code. ​Step 2: Walk into any FedEx location and head straight to a self-service printer. Tap Print, insert your payment method (it holds a $5 authorization, but only charges your actual total at the end), tap Use Retrieval Code, type in your code, and hit print. ​I made a quick rookie mistake by not realizing the printer defaults to color printing, which brought my total to $2.37 for four single-sided pages. I brought my receipt up to the front counter to ask about the charge, but once we walked back to the machine, I realized it was entirely my own user error for skipping the color selection step. ​Even though it was my fault, the employee was incredibly kind, patient, and sweet—she even offered to help print my remaining documents right from the desk! ​If you ever find yourself without a working printer and need documents fast, I highly recommend using FedEx Print & Go. Great technology, seamless process, and top-tier customer service!

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this FedEx location. I arrived quite late, around 6:51 PM, just minutes before closing. Despite the time, Daniel was incredibly welcoming and didn't rush me at all. I was struggling with a tricky printing task: I needed to print 8 cards double-sided on a single sheet of paper and had no idea how to align them perfectly. Daniel was a lifesaver—he taught me a super smart, efficient way to do it and personally helped me through the process. Even after the clock struck 7:00 PM, he remained patient, gentle, and professional, ensuring I was happy with the final result. It’s rare to find such dedicated service these days. I’m so happy I live close to this store. I’ll definitely be back for all my future printing needs. Thank you, Daniel!
