$10 “convenience fee” to drop off a small package that cost even lest for the postage. Absolutely predatory.

Steve was so incredibly helpful and kind. We had lots of boxes going to various locations and he was very patient and accommodating. Thank you Steve!!

Great experience! Steve was absolutely wonderful. We were attending a business conference and needed to make a sign for our booth. He managed to have it printed and ready by 7:30 a.m. the very next morning- even though we came in just 30 minutes before closing the night before. On top of that, he was incredibly polite, courteous, and helpful. Highly recommend!

The staff was extremely nice and helpful getting my larger Disney souvenirs packaged and shipped back home. I won’t lie, it was very expensive but that’s my fault for not bringing a large enough suit case to fit everything.

My first time here, and I am sold. I got the most excellent service from Paul. Above and beyond describes it.
