Woman running the desk was super helpful. She helped my mom pick out a bubble mailer and package up her item and was quick and friendly

I go here often when im at the nearby Safeway. I know this is not their fault but for some reason ive mailed 3 items there that have been stolen in the mail yet it has not happened in the Vallejo location. My tax preparer's money order was stolen, a birthday card was opened and the gift card removed, and a Christmas card with a gift card never got to my sister. Nothing i can do. I notified postal inspectors. Must be an issue at the Oakland post office where mail goes through.

This is how I received my package at this store , empty!!! So disgusting, so mad , terrible experience I felt the package was empty and I instantly open it in front of the team , they laughed at my face , made me sign and one of the coworkers clicked the finish button. They allegation was that they received package like that an telling me I had to contact my seller 😡😡🤬🤬😡🤬 so pissed
