You would think that they would have this figured out? Now I will miss my planned trip and I can't get a refund for the money I paid for the photo service. Ridiculous.

- HCHui ChenDec 10, 20251.0The lady working there was very hard to deal with, without any smile on her face. I did a priority mail shipping with another priority mail shipping back. She didn't even give me the tracking of the returning priority mail. When I asked for it, she said I should have requested it before the envelope was closed. I mean, by default, a priority mail should have a tracking included. I have never got into this issue before in the past decades of shipping with USPS. How would I know that I need to request a tracking on a priority mail and If not, I don't get it? What a bad experience!
