  Very appreciative of the professional and personable service offered by Rebecca and Karina at this location . They have handled multiple shipments of several boxes over the last week and did a great job

  I’ve been in this store previously with decent Customer Service. Today was not the case. I walked in and was waiting in line while an employee was helping someone. The other employee I noticed was tapping boxes. Shortly after arriving the employee that was already helping a customer asked the other employee, which I noticed was pregnant, to help me. If looks could kill…. She was not happy about it but said to me she would help me. I was returning 4 items to Amazon. I had never returned more than one item at a time before. I had pulled up the returns on my Amazon app prior to entering the store. Proceeded to show her the first item on my phone. She said is this item in the bag? Yes, would you like me to take it out? She just stood there staring me down. No comment. I took that nasty look as a yes & pulled the items out. Pointed to the item in question. I didn’t think about taking the items out; other UPS store's have just taken item out before. I just didn’t think about it. Things didn’t get much better from there and OMG then I had the nerve to have a package for mailing. Some people are not made for Customer Service!! This young woman is one of those. Just not great look to have an attitude then turn around and not answer a question just stare you down.

  Rebekah’s great and very helpful! She stayed to return a few more items that I had after closing hours!- Very happy that we have a UPS in Alpine

  The server was very professional and friendly. I wasn't sure how to package the items I was shipping, so she took over with a smile and a laugh.

  I usually don’t leave reviews, but this time I feel like I have to. Ever since the new owner took over, the experience just hasn’t been the same. On top of that, the prices have gone up so much. Paying $3 for a single page is honestly ridiculous. The girls who work there are still very friendly, and I’ve known them since the store first opened last year, which is the only positive part. But overall, the new ownership has really made the place worse for me, and because of that I probably won’t be coming back…
