  Came in to ship a package and Karina helped me today. She was really friendly and made everything quick and easy. I had a couple questions about the shipping options and she explained it without making me feel rushed. Super good customer service especially for how busy the store was

  Best ups store! Girls are so friendly and helpful, Karina is very polite and went above and beyond with my Amazon returns! Just scan the QR code and you good to go!

  Employees do not know how to do their job. I tried to do an Amazon return and the employee there insisted I have to have a QR code from Amazon to drop off the package. Untrue. Anyone can Google it and see for themselves. She either doesn't know how to do her job or just doesn't want to take the extra effort. Either way I would suggest going somewhere else that has better customer service. Employee just has a bad attitude and doesn't want to do her job.
