  Like the other reviewers have warned, the staff that work here are extremely rude, unprofessional, and lazy. I pay to have my packages picked up here and the worker lied to me about my package not being on the counter when I had a picture of it being delivered there because they were too lazy to scan it and give it to me. That worker just walked out of the store to take their break while I was standing there waiting to get my package. SMH. I tried to get the manager at first and she blew me off as well. They wasted so much of my time having me wait and stand there for 30 minutes to get my package on the counter and then the manager acted like she was sorry it was actually my package. There is no excuse to treat anyone that way, much less your customers. The behavior of the workers and manager here are unacceptable and I caution everyone to avoid this Staples location.

  Their printing services are top notch for a low price. The clerk printed a large colorful 3D model we designed in Revit. The job was a high resolution image. I highly recommend this place

  Just wanted to give a huge shout out to the store manager and staff who work the Sunday shift. I had a large file I really needed to print as it was time sensitive and didn’t check the time before they closed for the day and arrived just as they were locking. Even though the store manager had every right to turn me away; they graciously let me quickly print right at closing! Excellent customer service and care. Thank you Staples staff!

  Been in here a COUNTLESS number of times to run errands for my business. The printing department is extremely unprofessional, have rude attitudes any time you try and ask them a question, always act like they’re having the worst day possible, and can’t be bothered to ever help anyone. Normally the person in front of me, and behind me get treated the same way too and it’s happened EVERY time I’ve been to this location. Honestly it’s my fault for coming back, but the location is close to our business so after a long day it makes sense not to go the extra mile. An older woman we spoke with on the phone today from the location was extremely sarcastic, and disrespectful and mocked us on the phone. I don’t know why a manager would keep employees like this but they lost an entire businesses money today. We use FedEx as well for print outs, but after this we have decided to move over to another store entirely. Stop paying to get disrespected by people who do not deserve your energy and don’t waste your time coming here.
