- TDTaylor DoddAug 12, 20261.0Been in here a COUNTLESS number of times to run errands for my business. The printing department is extremely unprofessional, have rude attitudes any time you try and ask them a question, always act like they’re having the worst day possible, and can’t be bothered to ever help anyone. Normally the person in front of me, and behind me get treated the same way too and it’s happened EVERY time I’ve been to this location. Honestly it’s my fault for coming back, but the location is close to our business so after a long day it makes sense not to go the extra mile. An older woman we spoke with on the phone today from the location was extremely sarcastic, and disrespectful and mocked us on the phone. I don’t know why a manager would keep employees like this but they lost an entire businesses money today. We use FedEx as well for print outs, but after this we have decided to move over to another store entirely. Stop paying to get disrespected by people who do not deserve your energy and don’t waste your time coming here.

I asked the lady if I could swap similiar priced items. Since I’d get a pack with more for same price. She said I can’t since I didn’t opt to print a receipt. I asked to exchange for store credit like 15 seconds after transaction. Lady said she can’t. I walked out pulled up staples website and found out they exchange it for store credit. Simple cashier job come on. This is why people just go to Amazon.
