I'd give negative three stars if I could. I saw this location had bad reviews but figured all post offices do, however this one is worse than most others. Stay away. They cancelled my child's passport appointment and informed no one, making us leave work early and take our child over there, then wait in the slowest-moving line ever just to check in, only to be told very curtly to reschedule because their passport person had just "left early." None of the staff seemed to care at all, I guess they have no incentive to? This office is disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. An absolute disappointment.

The absolute worst office. I paid for a PO Box they refused to take the old persons name off causing my mail to not be delivered to my box. Very negligent with mail and packages, offers no help. This location needs to be shut down.

They lost my international mail, so I went there to try to figure out what happened. I waited and stood in line for 45 minutes. After I told the male staff about my issue, he told me to go to a female staff, saying she could help me. I then waited patiently again for the lady to finish helping another person. When it was finally my turn, she said she was done and off, and told me to go back to that guy, but the guy then once again told me to go to that lady... basically at the end they just told me to come back two days later on Saturday because they had already turned off their computer... wow... what a time wasting
