  Edit: after reporting the incident on 9/24 to USPS, I received an email on 9/26 from the local supervisor of customer services, Jennifer Cabrera. She reassured me that she'd speak with him. Well the mail carrier came back on 9/29 and approached my door again for another confrontation. He also stuck a box that's slightly too big in my mailbox, which I cannot retrieve. I've reported these new incidents and have yet to receive a response. -‐----‐------------------------------------ Original: Today (9/24) the local mail carrier started pounding on my door not once, but twice. He also tried messing with my door knob. I opted not to open the door because his behavior was coming across as very aggressive. He eventually left after lingering outside for a couple minutes, and when I looked outside I saw that my stash of mail was thrown all over the ground. This mail carrier, a young-ish black man, seems to have it out for this address. Large packages are frequently left by the street instead of being brought to my and my neighbors' front doors (we live in an apartment complex). I've actually lost packages due to his carelessness. I've reported the missing packages to the Alhambra postmaster, Luz Esparza, but her solution felt a little suspect. She insisted that I come in to the post office so she could offer me a refund, yet when I asked her where exactly this "refund" would be coming from, she kept dodging the question by repeating that it was a "courtesy from our part". Anyways, I've reported today's aggressive behavior to USPS but seeing how Luz Esparza handled my previous problems, I have no confidence anything will come of it.

  DO NOT GO HERE!! The white lady with glasses never scanned my package, I dropped it off on AUGUST 19TH and it never went through. I reported her to the inspector general for theft and tampering with mail. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

  If I could give zero stars I would. I was here Monday August the 24th 2026 with an appointment. I’m 23 and didnt know I had to bring my birth certificate to renew my passport. The lady that was there was very nice she might’ve been Hispanic and told me to come back Wednesday morning so I did. I came in today Wednesday the 26 to find an Asian lady working. I explained to her what happened Monday and she told me she had to help everyone else before me since I’d be walking in… she told me I’d be waiting an hour and a half and when I asked to speak to the manager she refused to give me their number because “you don’t need it”.. I simply wanted to express how unfair it is that they waste people’s time like we aren’t all human. She then began giving attitude to everyone else in line and slamming her hands and pens on the desks. Completely unreasonable and odd behavior. I work in the service industry as well. If you aren’t feeling it today. DONT COME TO WORK.

  Negative start!! DO NOT COME HERE EVER for any reason. Services slow. Worker rude unprofessional. Keep saying " I have to go lunch i dont have time" when I have question. Doesnt know what they doing and give me wrong information, come for a renew passport and advice to do a new passport application ( so they could charge the 35$ fee)!!! NO NOT RIGHT. I have to go to a second USPS location to comfirm if this correct, NOPE NOT CORRECT! The form I fill out is correct form for RENEWnot NEW!!( She threatened me and if I fill renew with new name/ since my PP is set to exp in 2month , my new PP will have the same exp date and possible to be exp.????What kind of bs is this??) Waist 1hr and almost lossing unescessay money. SCAM!!!
