- ALA. L.2 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Alhambra USPS location due to an error made by the Filipino male clerk working at the counter. I sent someone to drop off a package on my behalf. Since the person does not speak English, I provided an index card clearly stating that the request shipping service was USPS Ground Advantage. The card was given directly to the clerk to avoid any confusion. Despite the clear written instructions, the clerk entered the shipment as Media Mail instead of USPS Ground Advantage. This was frustrating because the requested service was written down specifically to prevent a misunderstanding. I urge management to investigate this incident and take appropriate corrective action. I also ask management to reconsider whether this male clerk should continue working at this location if he is unwilling or unable to follow customers' clearly written mailing instructions. Customers deserve accurate, attentive, and professional service. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and ensures that future customers do not experience the same problem.

He was extremely polite, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Daniel took the time to answer all my questions clearly and ensured everything was handled correctly. It is rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping customers and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Because of employees like Daniel, this USPS location stands out from many others. I truly appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude shown during my visit. Highly recommended office if you are looking for reliable and friendly service.
