  I want to thank the UPS Alhambra team who worked on July 10th for going above and beyond with my return. Their system was down and not able to process Happy Returns. They called other locations to ensure it was a national problem so I didn’t waste my time going elsewhere to have the same issue. Since it was, they advised I emailed them the information so they can process once the system was back up. My return was processed remotely sooner than expected and I thank UPS Alhambra for expressing urgency in the matter and giving me one last thing to worry about on my only day off. The two employees that day are total gems and saved the day!!!

  I was already stressed trying to ship three boxes and get everything labeled right before closing, and then realized I’d brought a FedEx package by mistake. The Asian gentleman who helped me was super calm and nice about it. He pointed me to the nearest FedEx, which I really appreciated, and honestly made me feel a lot calmer about the whole situation. Great service!

  I had to ship back a camping sleeping mat that was bulky, oddly shaped, and honestly a bit stressful to figure out how to package affordably. Sophia was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to problem-solve and came up with a creative solution by cutting down a box to fit the item better, which helped me get the best possible shipping price. Sophia was patient, kind, and never made me feel rushed, even though the situation was a little complicated. She also made sure I received my AAA discount, which I really appreciated. I came in feeling stressed about shipping this item and left feeling completely reassured thanks to her help and expertise. This is hands down the best UPS Store I have been to. Every time I visit, the customer service is outstanding. The staff are always friendly, patient, and genuinely kind. It's rare to find a place that consistently provides such great service, and this location truly stands out. Thank you to Sophia for making what could have been a frustrating experience so easy!

  I want to sincerely thank Ed for spending over 30 minutes on the phone with me to help resolve an issue with my Amazon return. His customer service was exceptional. He was patient,, and never made me feel rushed. I truly appreciated the time and effort he took to make sure everything was resolved. Experiences like this are exactly why I continue to visit the Alhambra UPS Store instead of the South Pasadena location. The employees at the Alhambra store are consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seem happy to help their customers. Ed’s outstanding service is a perfect example of the excellent customer care this location provides. Thank you again!

  David Park, the supervisor, is incredibly attentive and always aware of everything happening around him. He works hard to create a positive and healthy work environment and is constantly looking for solutions. He will take great care of you. His leadership is evident in the way he leads by example, and his team reflects that by welcoming every guest with genuine care and exceptional service. Axayacatl also provided excellent service and was professional, patient, and helpful throughout the experience.
