  I have a UPS account and ship multiple packages every day. I’m flying into the Oakland airport in a couple of weeks to see customers and need a ship point where I can pick up a package. Besides the guy on the phone being extremely rude, he wanted to charge me $45 to pick up a box about the size of a shoe box. The freight for my box won’t even be $45, I could’ve understood $10 or $15. It's evident this guy hates being in business.

  Rude customer service! The lady at the desk said they can’t do Amazon returns as the system is down but Amazon generates ups labels. She just didn’t want to do anything it seems.
