  Just drove like 30 minutes over here because it says that it closes at 6:30 on the website. I just came here. The door was locked even though there was two employees inside and it was 6 o’clock. I even called the place to see if they would answer and open the door for me since they’re closing at 6:30 and I literally watched the phone ringing and the two people just stand inside there and do nothing that is like actually ridiculous. Don’t put on your closing time that you guys close at 6:30 if you guys close at 6 o’clock and can’t even answer the phone not only was I not the only person there there was two other people who were outside of the door as confused as me because it states that it closes at 6:30 not six and it’s very rude for Workers to be inside of their doing nothing watching you trying to get in when it closes at 6:30 and like that genuinely rubbed me off in the wrong way because as someone who works, I could never imagine closing the store 30 minutes earlier than what it is and watching people try to come into the store even though it’s supposed to be open after a long day of work like that is so weird and messed up if you guys want to go to the UPS store go to the other UPS store right up the road because the people there won’t do you like that update after reading these reviews it seems like it’s been like this for a year and they haven’t done anything to change anything about this The store is just wasting peoples time I just got off of a very long work shift and I definitely would’ve rather gone home instead of driving 30 minutes to drop off a package at a UPS store that can’t even correct their times

  They don’t follow to the schedule unfortunately the only ups store near by they have the door locked at 6pm not 6:30 as is posted and worker saw me and didn’t open the door. That is ridicules

  6:14 pm Tuesday 6/16/2026. The store is closed tight. Web says open till 6:30pm . I'm baffled.
