- DWDEFENDER FOR THE WEAKFeb 18, 20251.0I was there due to a package that I never received. The tracking said that the package was delivered in this location because my Address was not activated. Although, we have been receiving mail in this address. Mr. Luis from the start was not welcoming at all. He took down my tracking#, a few minutes later, he states that the package has already been picked up. I explained to him that I needed some kind of receipt stating the fact. If I don’t have the package then I need a receipt to show the sender so I can process a refund. Mr. Luis was not helpful at all. At this time, he showed no interest in helping me. He printed out papers with documents regarding my tracking#. I asked if I can get a copy or take a picture in which he said no to both. I asked him how am I suppose to have factual argument with the sender if I have no document to provide. He stated “ that is between you and the sender”.I stayed calm and collected asked for him name and exited the premises. I highly suggest that Mr. Luis take some kind of public interaction training course or even cultural diversity course.
