But the teller was so nice when I got up there it was such a breath of fresh air. She was so helpful to explain things and it was awesome I would go there again only when I had to go because the line was so big

There did use to be a lady here that was super deliberate and slow, but she retired years ago. My encounters eith the current staff have always been good, often someone steps up to handle the simple tasks and speeds up the line. They have done a good job with that over the last several years - improve the customer experience. I fo remember back in the day when it wasn't quite like that. Thunbs up!
