- JMJose MolinaAug 16, 20261.0When did customer service become an inconvenience for the employees working at this store? I went in today to print out some sheets for my Fantasy Football League. I was polite when asking for help but was ignored and told I’ll be with you in a minute. I get it we all get busy at work, but after asking for help multiple times I ended up being charged for a blank piece of paper as a result of me not being able to figure out the email process on the copy machine. To some people this may seem silly, but we’re not all computer savvy. When the young lady finally came out to help me, I got the impression that I was an annoyance to her and at that point, I just felt uncomfortable for needing the help. What made things worse is both these ladies had no issues helping other people who were asking for help so I figured maybe it’s just me who they didn’t want to help. I got tattoos and my skin color is brown. So to the two young ladies working the counter at the computer area, please do better. Not all of us Mexican-Americans are bad people. We work hard and pay our taxes just like everyone else.
