- CPCharles PetermanJun 9, 20261.0For 40 years I had Crystal water then Sparkletts for home delivered drinking water. Then it became Primo. Didn't take long for the double billing and extra charges to appear. Now I have to find someone new as it was so bad I cancelled. NOT recommended.
