  Thes guys are not very reliable. I had a shipment sent to them to hold for me since it required a signature and they change my delivery date 3 times. Then I'm told by FedEx that the recipient refuses to sign and cancelled the order. Now my shipment is lost & I'm not sure when I'll see it. All.this could be resolved with a simple phone call, but they don't do that anymore. It's all AI associates that can't really help.

  I've had 2 excellent experiences at this location. It's clean, modern and has Zoe. She's been so helpful and friendly both times I've been in this business.

  Manager at the FedEx location did an excellent job helping me ship my package to Brooklyn, NY within 2 days. thorough and detailed. although pricing was a bit pricey I understood in order to get this sent in a fast turnaround had to get it done. Thank you for your support. Was able to get my refund from the vendor who gave me a defective watch.
