The boxes are open 8-5, but the counter is 8:30- 4:30 Monday-Thursday, 4:00 Friday, and is not open on Saturday. If the counter is closed, packages can not be picked up. Staff is not friendly, and mail is sometimes lost or given to the wrong person.
