- MLMariela LealJul 18, 20261.0Very poor service from Kyle. We came to apply for our passports, and he refused to help one of our friends simply because he did not speak English. Then, when it was our turn, he was also unwilling to assist us for the same reason. In the end, he had to call another employee, who resolved our questions and explained the final step within just a few minutes. It was a very simple process. Kyle’s attitude was unprofessional and gave the impression that he was not interested in doing his job properly. Our questions were minimal and could have been answered easily, but instead of providing assistance, he chose not to help us. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
