- AAAnthony Apolloni1 day ago1.0I set up to have our mail forwarded to our summer address two months ago. Nothing is being forwarded. I recreated my request a month ago. Still nothing being forwarded.When I can get through on the phone to the Oro Valley post office they say my mail is being forwarded, but it is not. When I went to the destination post office in Prescott AZ they say that the system shows my forwarding order is in place. BUT MY MAIL IS NOT BEING FORWARDED.
- PFpaul fisherJun 1, 20264.0Yeah, first time having to pick up a letter or package that had a signature required. I didn't know what I was doing, so I got online and I hit the wrong button. By the time I got there, they had put the package back on the post office wagon to deliver it. I didn't want to wait around for it. I wanted it then! They went and found it and got the guy before he left. It was very pleasant, very helpful. Thank you!

We went in to change our address to have our mail forwarded and the lady said it will be forwarded for a year but yet when we go online for informed delivery it says you have to pay for that. And when we asked her if the informed delivery will automatically update she said she had no clue and that’s not her deal… like isn’t informed delivery literally USPS??
