- CKCynthia Kovach2 days ago1.0I was just in there today and I understand why I wasn’t able to get my package, but the woman who helped me at the counter was incredibly nice. The woman who came up to help who was on the far left closest to the wall was so rude and mean and condescending it was unbelievable. I honest to God cannot believe that that they would allow somebody that mean to work at the counter. Just nasty nasty nasty for no reason. I wasn’t even arguing she was just in the mood to hurt and embarrass me.

- MWMaxwell WardeApr 22, 20262.0I happened to check what the reviews were at this post office since I always have trouble here and wondered if others also have. Clearly it’s a big issue. Some of the workers there (younger ones) are polite and very helpful but through my visits here in the last few years I sometimes get some of the worst customer service ever. Rude and they treat you like an idiot because you don’t know their entire system like the back of your hand. First time I was here I got the whole run around from a dude here, I was not experienced in shipping out of USPS and I came in without a box or anything, as a result he gave me non stop passive aggressiveness, embarrassed me in front of everyone else and at the end asked if I wanted to pay extra for tape, OF COURSE I WANT TAPE HOW ELSE WILL I SHIP IT?? Whatever, I learned to pre package and label everything but I still find issues with this place, especially the long wait as it’s clearly understaffed. It’s a shame my tax dollars go here, Im sticking with UPS after today.

So I can do some sorting claims, She responded me that they don't do claim on papers. But the package I mailed on Friday made it on Wednesday the 18th . this doesn't make any sense. She handled me a green paper, which had postal inspectors numbers on it, and said call this number.
