- ZPzoey puenteJun 23, 20263.0If you have a QR code for a prepaid label they can scan it and print the label which is handy. Yesterday the desk was closed for maintenance or something which is annoying because there is no way to tell online since it will just say open when the lobby is still open for people to access their PO boxes. I tried to call to see if the maintenance would be done today and an incompetent Ai is all that answers. The ai wasn't even able to answer my question, so it probably can't even answer most questions that aren't generic.
- ARAshley RichardsonMay 29, 20261.0They are a very limited post office. They do not have “ to and from” labels for your boxes and they don’t any boxes they have sleeves. The Hispanic lady with glasses and black hair was extremely rude to me and another guest so I asked her if I could give her some effective feedback and as expected, she took it very poorly. As I was speaking, she was turning her back and not listening to anything I was saying, and she became very defensive and was still being rude. I told her as a leader that is a very poor quality to have and she cared zero. I politely asked her to step to the side so I didn’t have to give her the feedback in front of everyone and she declined so she received polite feedback about her attitude in front of everyone unfortunately, but I hope that made it stick.

- FOFrank ObregonMay 18, 20262.0This is not a full service post office if anyone is wondering like I was. There is no longer any form of self service here. I found that out by wasting my time driving here thinking the photos were accurate. The self service times that were once upon a time apparently are scratched off the window. I can only assume because of the beloved and enchanting people that frequent this area. This is why we can't have anything nice around here (Tucson).
