Between packages getting sent off to the wrong address to rude workers, whether it’s to me or to others that I happen to witness (could you people any nastier?!). This last week, I received a certified letter that apparently needed a required signature and so I had scheduled a date to go pick it up today. As I got there, the guy at the desk was giving me such a hard time because I didn’t bring my slip which I no clue that was a requirement nor did I think to bring it. I apologized and told him I didn’t know that that was absolutely required but he kept going on and on about it and told me since I don’t have my slip, “we’re not going to go out of my way for you and do a scavenger hunt.” These staff members can really use a customer service training class because I KNOW I’m not the only one who has been on the receiving end with the rudeness and unprofessionalism looking at the other reviews too. If I can absolutely help it, I just avoid this place at all cost and stick to UPS or Fed Ex!

So when I came here I thought I’d be met with the same attitude, but I was delighted to be welcomed and heard. Joshua helped me all the way through!
