  the customer service lady was awesome, the internet was down but she remained friendly & upbeat. the really BEST part was of course her emotional support chicana; how sweet & friendly she was to us..she even shared her toys!! much love for the time shared (:

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this store was bad enough that I feel other customers should know what to expect. From the moment I walked in, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. The owner repeatedly stared at me in a way that immediately made me feel like I was being watched or judged, even though I had just entered the store and had done nothing to warrant that kind of attention. Unfortunately, the interaction only went downhill from there. Her customer service was incredibly rude and dismissive. She made snarky comments that came across as rude and unpleasant. I also have to be transparent that the combination of how intensely I was watched from the moment I entered, how I was spoken to, and how differently I felt I was being treated made me genuinely question whether racial bias played a role in my experience. I obviously cannot know what another person’s intentions were, but I can speak to how her behavior made me feel. I felt singled out, judged, and unwelcome before I had even had a real interaction with her. That is not something any customer should experience. The condition of the store was another issue. There was a very noticeable smell of cat litter, and there were visible cat toys on the floor. As someone who is very allergic to cats, I would have appreciated knowing that animals may be present in the store before entering. The smell and pet items also did not give me the impression of a clean or professional environment for any business. After leaving, I looked at the store’s reviews and saw that it currently has around a 2.8-star rating, with numerous customers describing similarly negative interactions with the owner. What stood out even more were the responses to those reviews. Rather than acknowledging customers’ concerns, many of the responses come across as argumentative and defensive. At some point, when customer after customer is describing negative experiences with the same person, it may be worth considering that every customer isn’t the problem and maybe you are.

  Went in to return an Amazon package and the place sinks of dog. Reading through the reviews the owner seems to blame every customer leaving a bad review. They even responded to a negative review by telling the person they won't deliver the packages their UPS employee excepted because the owner doesn't like the reviewer. Hope that person sues them. Unless the package is suspicious, illegal substances, contraband, ect, they have to deliver it. You can't refuse service after the fact in this instance. My advice, use Whole Foods to return Amazon packages, this place is steeped in high school drama.

  Honestly, the employee at this location is extremely unpleasant and consistently comes across as rude and unwelcoming. This store is conveniently located within walking distance for me, but I would rather get in my car and drive 10 minutes to another UPS Store than continue dealing with her attitude. Customer service makes a huge difference, and unfortunately, this location has made simple errands feel unnecessarily uncomfortable.
