  Amazing experience with Adam, who was working the day I went in. I had to send a cert letter and 2 faxes, and Adam was very efficient. He helped me and 3 other people at the same time, while also answering several phone calls. Very good experience, amazing service, and impressive professionalism by Adam. Thank you!! It took some doing to get past the construction, but they are open, and it was worth it to get everything done in one place.

  I always have a great experience at this UPS Store! It’s clean, efficient, and the staff is super helpful. A huge shoutout to Mitali for helping me out today. She made the whole process quick and painless. Definitely my go-to spot for shipping!

  These guys don't understand the meaning of customer service. Walked in one time for an Amazon return. There was only one lady there, and she was on her phone for 30 minutes before accepting my return. Didn't even acknowledge I was there or apologize for the wait. More recently, I came to ship a few big and heavy boxes. It was a huge challenge getting them in the car and then into the store. After giving me my receipt, they asked me to put it in the back myself because both employees there claim to have back issues. This is literally in their job description. Don't be in this line of business if you can't handle some heavy boxes with a dolly. Even though I was extremely exhausted already, I put them in the back, to which they didn't even thank me for. Very unsatisfied with this location.

  Their prices are out of control. It cost me $85 to ship a package from AZ to TN. That was one week shipping, 3 day shipping would have been $190. I am just going to go to USPS next time
