  Update: just don't come to this location. Bad service all around and if you complain to UPS they don't do anything because this is a franchised location. The owner will even message you back to gloat about how his family is untouchable. Best advice I can offer anyone do not come to this place. Offer up your money to a store that's not run by employees and owners that take glee in offering the worst service possible. I've dealt with bad customer service but it's different when it's staring at you with the smug look of a 90s comedy bad guy. This kid had the nerve to act like I didn't have my package sent to an access point and lazily looked around for my package until I pointed out where it was. From there things got worse. He brought up a $5 charge to re-direct my package there so when I had the gall to ask why I was getting charged more when I already paid $7.99 to re-direct he doubled down on his snideness and very matter of factly said "because I just told you". I asked him where I was supposed to see where this extra charge would be incurred and he said there was no way to know ahead of time. So not only did they spring a surprise charge for picking up my package after I had already paid but the employee refused to elaborate on where I'm supposed to know about this charge before hand. I accepted and paid but your employees need a good lesson on manners and customer service. I shouldn't have to be derided and chided for simply asking why I'm getting charged extra and why I wasn't told before hand. I did lose my cool because of how slimy this kid was acting but it wouldn't have ever gotten to that point if the kid simply provided an adequate explanation without acting like a complete obnoxious jerk!

  Stopped in as soon as they opened needing something notarized. The man who opened the store was extremely quick and kind. Great experience

  I come this morning to the store I was busy but this amazing worker he was the only one working but doing and excellent job so kind help everyone Omar thank you for doing excellent job taking care of everyone 🎉🎊🤩

  Took an oversized package to send as a wedding gift. Initial price was $189. Both employees took interest and help downsize the box and saved $89. Exceptional and very pleasant service. Amazing young men with great attitudes. Can't say enough good about the experience.

  The location on Irvington and Campbell rocks! After trying to get some documents notarized in several places, the notary they have in store, Ryan, did a great job above and beyond! He was kind, helpful, and he did a great job! I strongly recommend their notary services there!
