  Each time I have gone in the UPS store in Tucson , Valencia store #3722. I get great service! The staff there are friendly, sufficient & knowledgeable.

  I have been dropping off packages at this location for several years now due to my online sales, and have always had a great experience. Everyone working welcomes you in and makes sure you are taken care of. I will only go to this location because of the employees. Such a great location.

  I've been using this UPS Store as my business mailing address for about three years now, and I honestly can't recommend them enough. As a small business owner without a central office, I rely on my PO box here for everything — customer payments, mail, even oversized freight like palletized shipments that are way outside a typical UPS Store's day-to-day. They've never once made me feel like an inconvenience for it. They hold pallets out back until I can get there, and they'll check my box for me over the phone when I'm slammed and can't make the 20-minute drive. They genuinely know me at this point. I don't spend much time socializing when I stop in — I'm usually in and out quickly — but if they see a larger parcel has come in for me, they'll have it ready and grab it as soon as they see me walking up. That kind of attentiveness says a lot, especially considering how busy this store always is. The owner runs this location personally and it shows — she's warm, professional, and consistently accommodating, even when customers occasionally wander in trying to pay bills that really should be mailed to me. Beyond mail and shipping, I've also used their notary and fingerprinting services and had a great experience. Most recently, they saved me $40 on an overnight shipment by pointing me toward a better option instead of just processing it — no upsell, no runaround, just honest advice. That's who they are. If you need a UPS Store that treats you like a real person and not just a transaction, this is the one. Highly recommend.
