  Can’t say it more clearly, “Don’t do business here”. I had important documents that had to be overnighted from Tucson to El Paso. Went into the store early in the day and the two clerks said I needed to send it USPS. They said the pickup was at 11AM and would be overnight. Paid $60 for this delivery. Two days later I found out that the package was not delivered overnight as they said it would be. I went into to talk to the manager about what happened and she said that the USPS delivery is not guaranteed overnight and that I needed to take it up with the Post Office. I told her this was never communicated to me when I dropped off the package and I asked for a refund of the $60 she refused to consider it and told me to go to the Post Office and she was going to do anything. Great customer service. Go somewhere else.

  Staff is ALWAYS friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!! They have all the supplies AND services I ever need! I use them for shipping, Notary, and copies.

  What’s great about usps they stay open until the time they close I know how crazy. If you don’t wanna work then don’t work but stop saying you’re open to a certain time and then decide you wanna close early because you don’t wanna work pass your shift and make money. Closing early is misleading and lazy & it takes 3 minutes certify mail an envelope that needs to be date stamped today. Just close at 4 then or say 455pm if you close at 455 but don’t say 5pm and then decide you don’t wanna do your job god forbid you stay after two min. All these people complain about wanting jobs but then don’t wanna work. It’s lazy and it’s misleading.

  This is my neighborhood store. The owner is awesome, helpful and kind. I have had only positive and helpful encounters with everyone at this location
