  Only had good experiences of this place. Most of the times I'm not there to buy anything just to return my Amazon stuff and they are always very helpful and in a good mood.

  Poor customer service! I will choose another UPS store to use. Every time I come in the store, never a smile. They act as if it’s an inconvenience to work! Rude as well!

  Can’t say it more clearly, “Don’t do business here”. I had important documents that had to be overnighted from Tucson to El Paso. Went into the store early in the day and the two clerks said I needed to send it USPS. They said the pickup was at 11AM and would be overnight. Paid $60 for this delivery. Two days later I found out that the package was not delivered overnight as they said it would be. I went into to talk to the manager about what happened and she said that the USPS delivery is not guaranteed overnight and that I needed to take it up with the Post Office. I told her this was never communicated to me when I dropped off the package and I asked for a refund of the $60 she refused to consider it and told me to go to the Post Office and she was going to do anything. Great customer service. Go somewhere else.
