- NPNate PattersonJun 20, 20261.0If you were thinking about getting a mailbox with UPS, go anywhere but this location. If you want go to a really great spot, go to the one on Silverbell and Grant - The owner actually works the counter most days and they do not charge crazy fees. At the Cortaro location, if you have a package and you don't pick it up within a few days, you will be charged a holding fee. That stacks if you have more than one package. If you asked to speak to an owner or a manager, you will be told that's not possible to come in another day. The staff turnover is constant and you were treated like a number and not a customer. There are plenty of UPS locations in Tucson. This is not the one to frequent.

Despite them being a headache and a half. After attending us, and preforming the full mile, he then called the next customer. He is on top of his service performance, and swift with his line.
