  Terrible service at this UPS location. For a long time, I was dropping off around 100 packages daily without any issues, and then suddenly they stopped accepting them with no clear or professional explanation. I’ve brought packages in and they simply refused to take them, seriously affecting my work and shipping operations. I’ve also spent a significant amount of money on UPS shipping labels just to keep my business running, yet the service has been inconsistent and unreliable. Communication is confusing and unprofessional one thing is said, then something completely different happens. The manager told me it would be fine this week and that I would be contacted to arrange pickups at my business, but nothing has been properly followed through. On top of that, several employees were openly complaining about their workload in front of customers, which only makes the experience worse. Overall, this is an unprofessional, inconsistent, and unreliable location for business use. Based on this experience, I will be switching to a more dependable shipping provider.

  I had a quick return to make, so I arrived at the store at 10:06, hoping they might just be running a few minutes behind. I waited until 10:20, but there were still no signs of any employees or any indication that the store would be opening soon, despite the posted opening time of 10:00 AM. This was on Sunday, June 28, 2026. I understand that life happens and unexpected situations can come up. However, especially for a large company like UPS, I would expect there to be a backup plan or at least some communication if the store cannot open on time.

  This is our go-to UPS Store, mainly because they provide a printed receipt when you drop off Amazon returns, etc., while the Downtown location doesn't do that. There's also plenty of parking. And the recent addition of the nice young fella working the counter has removed the crabbiness factor that used to be the norm here. :)

  Every time I come in the morning they’re never open on time. Hours state they open at 8am, and it has never been the case when I stop by. Very inconvenient if it’s a stop before work. Literally 6 people waiting outside right now.

  I went in recently everything is overpriced it cost almost $4 to print a single page. The store hasn't been the same since they lost one of the best employees the one with the hummingbird tattoo. She always made sure it was clean, organized and would always multitask and help multiple customers without giving attitude and making sure everyone felt welcomed
