    If you want/need excellent customer service, don't come here. If you expect average customer service, or people being professional, don't come here. If you want to have confidence that your package/letter will be processed correctly, find a different drop location. I entered the store and went immediately to where the line forms for the registers. Two people were there before me, but were still fiddling with there packages and/or phone. I'm looking at the employees minding the registers, waiting to make eye contact or be called up. Both ignored me, and waited for the people who arrived before me. Okay, no problem; they take people as they arrive. I waited, and while waiting, a few more people came into the store. I was completely ignored, and they took customers who came into the store after me. Okay, maybe I'm in the wrong place for the line. So, I asked what their policy was for serving customers; where the line starts, is it first come first serve, do I take a number, is there something online to fill out. Then I asked why I was ignored, and customers that came into the store after me were attended to before me; no excuse or apology. I called and asked for a manager. The manager was very unconcerned, and only responded she's never heard of what happened to me before. Additionally, while I was inside, one of the employees started looking for a package, and asked several of the other employees about the package. None of the other employees knew anything about the package, a few even ignored the employee asking. I watched as items, wrapped and unwrapped, were moved around in search of that specific package. I will admit, I don't know how this store organizes the items brought in, so maybe there was both rhyme and reason to the search. However, employees returning to the area they had been working at, paused to look around. My inference is that what had been there previously, wasn't any longer. After I made my phone call, I'm pretty sure that the manager is the one looking for a missing package and moving things around; same voice...although I'm not 100% certain. Most UPS stores are frequented because of convenience, and I will probably use this store in the future as it's the closest to my house (make sure you get a receipt for anything shipped at this store). However, if I'm already going in the general direction of another UPS store, I'm okay with a little inconvenience, if it reduces their business. Amazon should audit transactions with this store, and see the number/% of packages delayed or lost; maybe I'm wrong. UPS should know that this store tarnishes the UPS brand name.

    We were recently visiting relatives in Arizona. We did some shopping and had to ship our purchases home. Although it was not cheap to ship the staff at this location was very professional. They did an amazing job packaging our purchases. We had heavy items along with lighter ones like posters. Everything arrived in perfect condition.

    My experience at this UPS location was very disappointing. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. The employee who helped me had a constant attitude and seemed irritated from the moment I approached the counter. Instead of being helpful, she acted as if every question was an inconvenience. What made the situation worse was the way she spoke to customers. The tone was dismissive and came across as if she believed she knew everything and didn’t need to listen. Good customer service requires patience, professionalism, and basic courtesy, and unfortunately none of that was shown during my visit. When people come to a shipping store, they often need guidance or help with packages, returns, or paperwork. Being met with rudeness and impatience makes the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. I hope management addresses the customer service issues at this location because the way customers are treated here is unacceptable.
