- AAabnormaltoyJun 22, 20265.0I use this location for all my UPS deliveries, generally every 3 or 4 months...point being and I'm not a frequent flyer, but every time I go in there they know my name, and more importantly to me they know my dog's name! Depending on how busy they are as soon as they see my face they go bring my package up. This is very reminiscent of a rural small business where the proprietor knows all of their customers.

What stands out the most and why I keep coming back are the staff. Doesn't matter who is working that day, they are courteous, professional and welcoming. They've earned my business and I will continue use them and suggest you try them as well.
- SCStephanie ClarkJun 9, 20261.0Do NOT go here if you need anything important signed. I came in at 5:00pm because I desperately needed a notary to get an important document signed. The girl said "that service isn't available right now". Then she said the notary left at 4:00. There was no signage stating that a notary's hours were different than the store hours. The big bright neon sign was all lit up letting everyone know the notary service is there if you need it. I then went to two other UPS stores. Surprise, no notary's there either. Three UPS stores, zero notary's.......
