Could not get anywhere with the USPS, an absolute useless maze that eventually hung up on me twice. Took a chance calling The UPS Store on Broadway and Pantano Rd. Spoke with a Representative named ARRIANNE. She went above and beyond attempting to assist me. She was knowledgeable and a great listener as I relayed the information I knew. While the package is still not delivered yet, together we surmised that more than likely it will be delivered tomorrow although USPS says it was delivered! They are not reliable anymore! What is obvious though is UPS can be trusted especially if they have more people like ARRIANNE working for them! Customer Service is sometimes more important to me than anything else and her's was exemplary! Thank you ARRIANNE!

Lady at the counter was polite, but refused to help me with the return. Had to go to the Whole Foods on Speedway to take care of it.
