  This is the place to go if you really want help. The employees are more service oriented than the Apple Store. My family has done business with Simutek since 1984. I have been offered one-on-one classes when I expressed a desire for help and had helpful instructions given that actually made sense to me. Above all, they are patient.

  They could have replaced my screen (the original order/problem), but they were able to open it and clean out some corrosion (from a little water that spilled a year ago).I am thankful that they were honest and did not take advantage. Highly recommend
