We turned over our phones to them during extremely busy times like long surgeries, and for a Doctor rest period between 1 and 4 am. They did a great job, connecting callers with us on a back phone line, for dire emergencies, and collecting call back numbers for callers with questions only. We were very happy with their service, and have referred many other Veterinarians to them. Highly recommended.
