- ZZZAug 28, 20255.0For almost a month (a normal timeframe) I worked primarily with Taylor on the closing process for our house. Her communications were stellar - detailed, accurate, and prompt (typically within the hour, never more than a day)! I had a very specific question about an easement of sorts and within 24 hours she had retrieved and sent me that other recorded deed to confirm the limits or conditions of that. Super helpful and assuring. Days before closing I realized there was a small but important (personal) update I wanted to make to my own deed. She kindly advised it would likely postpone the closing date for everyone as it would have to go through the underwriters as a matter of formality. I didn't want to do that (my fault for not realizing the tweak sooner) so closing with Dina went on time and smoothly as planned. A few weeks later I asked Taylor about recording that adjustment and she (again promptly) replied, saying that since I was a recent, full-paying Title customer regarding the exact same property they could do a courtesy filing, gratis! Wow. If I had asked another company or agent/lawyer to do this it would have been about $200 to draft and record. The financial saving was terrific but, frankly, the bigger gift was not having to find/get acquainted with new people and bring them necessary documents/ID/etc so that they could draft and file. Very cool customer aftercare!
