FedEx is the worst shipping company especially this one out of Tucson. Multiple times now the say its out for delivery with a driver assigned and then they somehow need to assign a new delivery for it. When you have a very expensive package with bad weather you cancel plans and wait for it to show up just to waste multiple days of mine while they figure out nothing. FedEx sucks, i recomend any other company for your shipping needs.

Fed Ex has been used by my husband and I for several orders recently. We did move, but all of our orders had our new and updated address. Despite seeing fed ex trucks on our road, Fed Ex is not delivering to us in the Rancho community. Neither my husband nor I had a Fed Ex account. After our packages were shipped with the correct address fed ex shipped them putting a new address sticker over top of our new address with our old address listed that is 40 minutes away in a house we don’t live in. The packages continue to be on the truck from Tucson shipping center then go back to the center then back on the truck and so forth for about 3 days. Then they are delivered to our old address. This is after we approved and “updated” our address via a customer service agent who called us and stated there was an issue with our delivery address. They state they fix the problem on our account (which we don’t have and I am not sure how they have our previous address in our system without that). What if we had the same last name as someone else? Would they change it to a location in Arkansas instead of Arizona? One never knows. We got the first package 4 days later after it was delayed a week and half and it was damaged where it had been cut open. Then the same thing happed again. Fed ex won’t let us make an account because it doesn’t like our address being a new neighborhood (usps has no problem, etc) . It won’t allow us to speak to customer service agent because we can’t “make changes unless we are the sender” then they tell the sender they can’t make changes unless they are the receiver. Then I finally had this issue the third time. Fed ex hung up one me twice. Said they fixed it again. Sam’s Club ships packages separately and I asked if while they changed this 4th package in two weeks with this issue and updating the address “in their system again” if we could make sure the other packages arrive correctly and I had the tracking number. They said no I have to wait for a reference call number once the package is deemed undeliverable. Even though they delivered to the correct address 3 times now- but after all this rigamaroe. They refused. So I have 3 packages being delivered to the wrong house and I have to wait for that before I’m able to even speak to a human again. I want to reiterate - they have delivered 3 times to this address after the mess ups. They change it. Home Depot had to call twice before they would change it to the address Home Depot provided and paid for it to be shipped to. (Our current address) Meanwhile my ranch dressing has been improperly delivered, loaded on a truck in 110 degree heat 4 times, customer service called 3 times, hung up on by fed ex once when I told them they needed to change it, and second time after they refused to change other packages politely they said no I will not change it bye, and here we are 3 packages out of 4 are still not coming and 1 hopefully within a day or two. People move, people have the same name, they need to deliver what is put on the package as stated and not change it based on their system for people like me who don’t even have a fed ex account. Fed Ex Tucson is the worst. Then they also did not pay to replace $30 in coffee they messed up so Sam’s Club did. Then they have not offered anything else either. They have only been rude and not accommodating. Also- I do not have an account , they also call my husband’s phone number which I would never have listed to fed ex about my packages. Nor is my husbands phone number listed on my Sam’s Club account. I want to know how they got his number, and how they think it is ok to contact someone else about my packages. What if we were not married? How did they get his number? How did that get approved to call him without my approval or me giving them his number? Sketchy.
