  Stopped to drop off a small FedEx box already labeled and sealed. Their drop off time is 3:30. Walked in, handed to the clerk he said, “You missed the drop off time by 1 minute.” I asked, “1 minute? The truck is still here right?” “Yep, but it will go out tomorrow.” Took the package back and drove 2 miles to another non-corporate FedEx drop with a 3:15 drop off time but the truck hadn’t been there yet. Clerk happily took my drop off. Thank you to the Packmail location on Oracle and Ina. 👎 to the FedEx office.

  Very nice. Will be great when construction is done. Hard to reach. We parked far away. Will be great after construction

  I use FedEx print services 3-4 x a week. I know what I need and when I said what I needed they blew me off gave me another process that doesn't work for my purposes wasted 20-30 minutes of my time and now I have redo all of my requests for print jobs. Custom print is a service which requires listening and custom solutions. And my jobs are easy.

  March 9, 2026: I had to ship a package. Grant was really helpful saying I applied the pre-paid shipping label correctly (it just needed a little extra tape). Thank you, Grant! My husband and I are always satisfied with FedEx!
