The 1st one was found when I became a squeaky wheel, guess I need to do it again. I tried to handle it over the phone but according to their recording my tracking number doesn't exist so I have to get a correct one and call back! Total frustration!

The first was mail showing up 3 different times in my p o box without any postage or postmark... it was from someone I had an order of protection against. Definitely not acceptable! Right around Thanksgiving 2017, I started receiving mail addressed to other people's boxes along with my mail. It still happens 1 or 2 times per month. I mean, come on! There aren't THAT many people getting mail here that warrants frequent mistakes like this. I received someone else's Christmas present last year! The third and most recent issue is packages not being delivered to me in my p o box OR by way of the double keyed lockers. Additionally aggravating is the fact that out of the 2 packages I get monthly, one is a small padded envelope which DOES fit in my box, and the other is a 8x10x2 box, but NEITHER has been available for me to get without going inside to the counter, which i rarely am able to do. I have called and requested that my items be in a locker each month, and AGAIN, all I had in my box was a yellow slip stating my packages were too big and had to be picked up in person. In the 25+ years my family has had this same box number, we never had a problem until 2 years ago. Really frustrating.
