While some might gripe about inconsequential crap that’s not in their control (why was a parcel damaged? The shipper didn’t package it right! Wasn’t your PO’s fault!) , all of these folks are absolutely professional, upstanding, and friendly! I’m grateful, and proud of this po, and the people who work there!

- TATC AustinMay 7, 20221.0Shorter lady is very rude and I have witnessed her just tossing packages around multiple times. I was there with my yellow slip to pick up a piece of my medical equipment for diabetes, and she loudly and rudely yelled im closed while waiting here hands in the air. It would have taken her 10 seconds max, but she was in too much of a hurry to go home instead of doing her job. Very poor customer service.
