She missed a few zip codes and he helped her retrieve those quickly. She lives on another side of town but insists on coming to this post office. I see why!!! Bill, you are a light and you made the simplest task a treat to complete! Thank you!!!

- LLLeslie LongMay 21, 20261.0This post office is criminal I have literally been trying to get my mail for 4 days now I have written a official slip saying to hold my mail and grab my mail from my mailbox and they have been lying and saying that there is no mail in my mailbox when there is I have gone there and talked to multiple people and nothing has been done about it they have kept on saying that they're going to help me out and call me but they lie everyday there is no way there's no mail in my mailbox it has been months I don't know if the mailman is literally lying or the people in the post office but nothing is being done and nobody wants to help us our family is desperate and we don't know what to do about this situation is very unprofessional.

Also, when you sign in write out a official document for them to hold your mail, they will not hold your mail and they will lie right in front of your face and act like they will try to help you, but they my family has tried to go to this post office and figure out our mail situation for four days now and nothing has been resolved. They are very unprofessional and will lie straight to your face.
