- SSshailee shahAug 14, 20261.0Looted me for sending a thread. The lady there gave me expensive options starting from 96$ and I sent the same package at $1.75 from a different USPS. She was just showing me expensive options. I had 2 posts and 1 was domestic so I sent those through this office but she charged me $8.60 for that which was ridiculous, unfortunately I already had given that to her. Avoid this shop, or avoid that lady. She is there to loot people.

I put in a pick up request and they claimed I put in a redelivery request and that my package was out for delivery for the same day. Package never came. USPS helpline informed me, in their own words, that was a lie and the truck never emptied the package but kept it in the truck...all weekend in the heat. They told me there was a pickup request filed, not a redelivery. They have filed a report on this location now because I was blatantly lied to and it's suspicious to not empty the truck. Will update if my package was stolen or not, USPS helpline all but said this location is sketchy. Same day update: apparently my package was in fact at the USPS location, not out for delivery. Was just contacted by management and made informed. Person up front was apparently way more wrong than originally thought. Next day: post master was a nice person, items were handed to me. I appreciate the honesty from upper management and the help line. Still upset that the first employee dropped the ball and appeared to just be covering themselves but I can look past that. Will continue to update and hopefully one day remove my old review.

- SSStephenJul 10, 20265.0I've been using this branch for years. All in all good experiences.... Sure, all businesses have their negative employees but it's a rarity here. Remember, a lot of college students use this branch so don't be surprised if it's a little busy .. For a faster passport process I recommend the Lindsay Rd. location in Mesa. Easy appointment scheduling and large area dedicated just for passport services...
