I initially went in because of a mistake made by UPS, and even though the issue wasn’t USPS’s fault, the staff went above and beyond to help me resolve it. They took the time to understand my situation, treated me with patience and professionalism, and made what could have been a frustrating experience feel easy and stress-free. What truly stood out was their willingness to help without hesitation—they even waived the fee for Priority Mail, which I genuinely appreciated. It’s rare to encounter that level of kindness and customer service, especially when the problem didn’t originate with them. Their support turned a stressful situation into a positive one, and it speaks volumes about their dedication to helping customers. I’m very grateful for their help especially the staff member Neal and would absolutely recommend USPS for their exceptional service and genuine care.

We operate a business a few blocks away, and we're going on our fifth package that's been delivered to the wrong address. Even though the shipping label clearly states our correct address. I'm at the point where I won't purchase anything from a merchant that ships using USPS. FedEx and UPS never have a problem. It's almost like whoever our carrier is doesn't even try to find the right address. I'm pretty sure the package that I'm having issues with now was delivered to the wrong person and now can't be located. This was for a one of a kind item we bought for our shop, so we'll never see it.
