- MJMichael Jacobson5 days ago3.0The Pros: I was able to get done what I needed to get done here. Getting through the line was quick and dealing with two of the three workers there went well. The worker who helped me mail off my mail was patient and kind. The cons: I struggled at first to find where they had the big boxes and bubble wrap to buy at. I had to wait in line to get inside the main part of the Post Office and then look for them. The setup for the Post Office was unusual and could be more effective. Also, I felt like I needed to avoid one of the Postal Workers. This is because he seemed to be too stern in how he looked and conducted himself with a person I saw him working with.

- DDDavidAug 15, 20261.0Very Disappointing Customer Service I stood in line for about 20 minutes at the post office to get my mail key as instructed by my HOA. While waiting, the clerk even double-checked that I had my ID, so I reasonably expected I had what I needed. When I finally reached the counter, I was told I was missing additional items. Instead of explaining what was needed, why it was required, or how I could resolve the issue, I was simply dismissed. The experience was frustrating and unnecessarily unhelpful. There was no engagement, empathy, or effort to provide a solution or clear next step. After waiting 20 minutes, I expected at least some basic guidance and customer service. Overall, the experience was not welcoming, resourceful, or customer-focused. I hope the post office can improve how staff communicate with customers and provide assistance when someone arrives without all the required information or documents.
