- NNNANIJul 13, 20261.0Worst Experience - Rude Staff & Zero Customer Service I sent an important international parcel from this USPS location on June 3rd to, India. It finally got delivered on July 6th - over a month of stress, anxiety, and zero support from this store. When I came in, I spelled out every single letter of the address carefully to make sure it was correct. The young lady at the counter was fully aware this was an important legal document - she knew exactly what I was sending and where it was going. But when I came back with genuine concerns about tracking updates that weren’t showing on the USPS website, her attitude was completely unacceptable. She was rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping me. When I asked for the current whereabouts of my package, she actually went and pulled up the update herself - meaning she HAD the information - but flat out refused to share it with me. Excuse me? I am the sender. That is MY package. I have every right to know where it is! For over 12 days there were zero tracking updates on USPS tools. When I asked her about this she brushed me off saying “not tools and all” - completely unhelpful and unprofessional. I had other options - FedEx, DHL, UPS - all right there. I chose USPS and specifically this store, and I deeply regret that decision. Never again. To the management - please train your staff on basic customer service. Withholding tracking information from a sender is unacceptable. People send important documents trusting your service. The least your staff can do is treat customers with basic respect and dignity. Would NOT recommend this location.

It’s not often you come across someone who is both efficient and genuinely pleasant to interact with. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. So profesional, dedicated. Sometimes I wish they were my frienda, they seem very nice people. I always feel welcome she I go here and they always treat everyone with the same kindness. They are the postal office heart. Thank you for all your service.
