I had to wait for him to unjam the postage decal machine before I could get my receipt. You already decaled my envelope. Make repairs AFTER you are done with the customer in front of you.How about giving the customer their receipt first instead of keeping them waiting yet again. Fool me twice shame on me, I won't be back.
