All I got was an email a week later, saying they didn't have the paper I paid for and asked which alternative I would like. I responded and got an automated reply that they don't use that email address anymore. It's been nearly a month since I've ordered and PAID FOR NEXT DAY PICKUP, and still have not received notification about the status nor have gotten someone to answer me. Staples is a great disappointment with 0% accountability so far. Do not shop with them. Stealing money and screwing over its customers is customary here.
