  This was today 9/18 around 4:40ish. At checkout I was helped by Katie, I skipped the sign up with mobile number but she proceeded with the prompt, she then asked for a good phone number I was like whatever I’ll just give it, I gave my number, first and last name then when she asked for my email I was like never mind I don’t want to sign up. (I know I shouldn’t have in the first place) Her whole demeanor changed and the rest of checkout she was giving attitude. I told her “you don’t have to give me attitude because I changed my mind” she responded and said “well you were already signing up” I ignored got my receipt and left. I don’t ever write reviews but this honestly upset me because of the way her whole demeanor changed, I hope if this reaches her she can learn to not let things she has no control over change her mood.

  Friedly cashier. There were plenty of emyees on the floor however not one approach me and asked if I needed help with anything. I did assistance with HP ink cartridges but I decided to order online. I got everything I needed.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STAR REVIEW FOR STAPLES! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As an event organizer and the owner of Thrive Events LLC, I’m constantly creating flyers, promotional materials, and marketing pieces for the events I put together. When you’re organizing a festival, time is money, and having a reliable place to get quality printing done quickly makes a HUGE difference. 🙌🔥 I stopped into Staples to get 11x17 flyers printed for Weststock Reggae Fest, and once again, they absolutely nailed it! 🖨️🎶🌴 The quality came out great, the turnaround was fast, and the price was right where I need it to be. When you’re printing promotional materials in volume, you want a place that gives you a good balance of quality, speed, and competitive pricing, and Staples consistently delivers that for me. Another thing I really appreciate is the customer service. The employees are always friendly, professional, and willing to help. Nobody wants to deal with a frustrating printing experience when you already have a million other things happening behind the scenes of an event. 😂 And honestly, the convenience is hard to beat. There are Staples locations all over the place, so whether I’m working on Weststock Reggae Fest, another Thrive Events project, or just need something printed for business, I usually don’t have to go far to find one. For me, Staples has become one of those dependable businesses I can count on when I need something done RIGHT, FAST, and WITHOUT breaking the budget. 💯 If you’re a small business owner, event organizer, promoter, or just somebody who needs professional-looking printing, I definitely recommend giving them a shot.
