We were so pleased with the customer service with this company.Tom responded to our email on a Saturday evening. He was excellent on communication. We arrived on Tuesday afternoon with 12 boxes to shred. Mark greeted us and allowed us to watch our boxes being shredded in their machine. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thank you!!! We will definitely refer this company as well as it again!!

The Manager Mark was very respectful and helpful with assisting with my shredding. This is the best experience and environment I have been in, in a while, warehouse is SUPER clean and well organized. This is the only place I recommend and will continue coming to. Great job mark!

I highly recommend Premier Document Shredding. I took confidential business files there today. A man came out and carried the boxes inside for me. He was so very nice and professional. My business demands that I personally observe the files being shredded. He stood beside me and explained the whole process as we watched. Great customer service!!
