  I’ve gone in several times before closing and have repeatedly been told to go to Walgreens to have my documents printed, even though Walgreens has no public email or regular printer for this. I’ve tried explaining this, but I’m always met with arguing and refusal to help. Walgreens has even told me they’ve had multiple customers sent over for the same reason and feel bad that they can’t help. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional to keep sending customers back and forth while refusing to provide a solution.

  I have come in numerous nights now before close. I’ve been told to go to Walgreens instead and I could email my documents to them and they’d print it for me. I’ve attempted to let them know that is incorrect and no Walgreens has an email or normal printer. Only photo printers. They argue every-time and REFUSE to print my documents, telling me they have no printer and no email at all. First time I went into Walgreens and they let me know they’ve had an influx in customers asking for this to be done and feel badly as they cannot help. This is ridiculous and they are so incredibly rude and unhelpful.

  A package was sent to mr via FedEx. The sender said that I would receive by 8pm. Cancel 1 appt. To wait for the delivery. About 6pm I decided to rake leaves n eater plants in front of my house. On the ground there was a slip from fedex w absolutely nothing written or x on boxes. On the back where they are suppose also to write it was blanke. 1 called fedex 5 different times n got AI over n over. AI program was extremely limited and had a prompt for u to choose from n they just want u to go online. On the 5 called after trying different options Ai stated that I would be transferred to customer service. I was on hold 15 minutes do to high volume of calls. (IMAGINE THAT). Finally a rep. Finally a rep. Answered . I explained that I was home the entire day n that my master bedroom was the 1st b/r away from the front door. I also have 3 dogs, n the delivery person do to heavy work load must have been in a hurry. I told her that I found a fedex slip in my front yard on the dirt, n that was because I whent to water my trees n pick up the leaves. She kept interrupting me so I asked for her supervisor. She responded that I was interrupting her n that my entire neighborhood could here me complaining. I answered that she was in a hurry n that I had asked several times when would my package be delivered n she kept ignoring my question n she kept asking me to give her the info. To fill out a complain. I said that I had already given her that info. N for her to please info. Me when my package would be delivered. She stayed quite like for a minute n she said Monday. I said that it was not acceptable that they work up to 8pm n they still had time to deliver specially w no knock on door n slip w nothing written on it. She said that they already tried to deliver n I wasn't home or did not hear the knock n it would be Monday. I said lady I have 3 dogs n if they would have knocked I would have heard it n specially my dogs would have ranned to the door barking. I asked her for a higher up. Again silent treatment. So I said this has been paid for already n I need this package today. It is not a customer fault that ur drivers are given too many packages to deliver n they are in a extreme hurry. She threaten me w disconnecting the call. I said would u please do ur job n at least deliver it tomorrow. I was put on hold she came back n told me that I was scheduled for tomorrow sat. Between 8am to 8pm. Fedex is not even a shadow of how they managed customer Serv. Before. They just fired hundred or thousands of employees n installed AI to save money. There customer service is almost none existent n tmu r threaten w them disconnecting ur call. Fedex makes billions n the greed for more is palpable. This will only get worse. The high standards that they had is no longer.

  I recommend this location. I dropped off a complex shipment with several special requests. I was in and out much faster than I expected. Parking was easy and close to the building and inside was comfortable (especially since it was over100 degrees outside.) I have absolutely no complaints about my experience here. In fact, Wiley had solutions to my shipping challenges that I didn't even know existed. Highly recommend this FedEx location!

  Michael D. deserves a positive review as he went above and beyond to resolve my missing package. Despite multiple inconveniences from FedEx as a whole — from inconsistent messaging at the call center to failure to deliver my recovered package — I still feel inclined to give credit where it’s due. Michael assisted me while visiting the store, email and phone call updates, and offered sincere apologies for all the inconveniences. I truly appreciate his efforts and integrity. Outstanding customer service. Thank you.
