However, I never received a text message, email, locker number, access code, or any other information telling me where the package had actually been placed. For the next 10 days, I spent my own time calling DHL and contacting the parcel locker service, trying to locate it. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, I was repeatedly sent back and forth between different parties. In the end, DHL told me that the courier does not remember which locker he put my package in. The package was never found and appears to have been stolen or lost. It contained items that were very important and valuable to me, and because of this situation I lost both time and money. What is most frustrating is that this was not caused by anything I did. The courier failed to provide the locker information or access code, and DHL was unable to determine where their own courier left the package. After 10 days of investigation, all I received was an apology and a statement that there was nothing more they could do. This is completely unacceptable for an international delivery company. I am very dissatisfied with how the delivery was handled and with the lack of responsibility taken afterward.
