I've come in with what I would consider very inconvenient orders as the sizes of my prints are quite diverse. Not only are they enthusiastic in making suggestions on how to print cheaper, by explaining batch sheets to me, different printing methods and different materials I could print on, but they will also create multiple quotes to show me the difference. On top of this they've even gone out of there way with helping me cut out my prints when there was no customers at the front desk. I would say their customer service is above and beyond anything I am used to at most establishments, even outside of print shops. I would also like to give personal recognition to one of their representatives Stevie. He is kind of employee that any company should be proud to have because every time he is there I get the type of exceptional service that creates real customer loyalty.
